BFG Services was founded in 2010 by Uri Bahar Fuchs with a clear mission: to bring the process discipline and systems thinking of global enterprises like Philips and GE to mid-sized Israeli companies that are growing and need to professionalize their operations.
BFG Services הוקמה בשנת 2010 על ידי אורי בכר פוקס במטרה ברורה: להביא את משמעת התהליכים וחשיבת המערכות של תאגידים גלובליים כמו Philips ו-GE לחברות ישראליות בינוניות שצומחות ורוצות להתנהל ברמה של מובילי השוק.

Uri spent eight years as a Configuration Control Expert at Philips Healthcare's Haifa site — developing CT imaging equipment. He led ERP implementation, co-developed the KGSII information system, and built deep expertise in engineering change management and quality documentation.

Uri joined VersaMed Medical Systems (acquired by GE in 2008) to establish the Configuration Management function. He led the company through a rigorous GE quality audit — preparing all engineering documentation and processes to meet FDA and international medical device standards. The audit passed with excellence.
אורי הצטרף ל-VersaMed (שנרכשה על ידי GE ב-2008) להקמת פונקציית ניהול תצורה. הוביל את החברה דרך מבדק איכות מחמיר של GE — הכנת כל התיעוד ההנדסי לעמידה בדרישות ה-FDA ובתקני מכשירים רפואיים בינלאומיים. המבדק עבר בהצלחה יתרה.
Israel Railways / Ergo (2010)

Through consulting firm Argo, Uri established and led the PMO for the Rishon LeZion West railway line project — a ₪900M infrastructure project. He built the Gantt plan, risk management framework, and reported to the company's CEO. The line opened on schedule.
במסגרת חברת הייעוץ ארגו, אורי הקים והוביל את ה-PMO של פרויקט קו ראשל"צ מערב — פרויקט תשתית בעלות של 900 מיליון ₪. בנה את תכנית ה-GANTT, מסגרת ניהול הסיכונים והציג למנכ"ל החברה. הקו נפתח במועד.
Current Focus: Salesforce, ERP & Medical Systems

Since 2010, BFG Services has expanded to cover Salesforce CRM, SAP/Priority ERP, and EMR (Chameleon) medical systems — alongside the original disciplines of Configuration Management and Project Management. Most recently, Uri led the Salesforce implementation at ABB Technologies (2023–2024), integrating it with SAP ERP, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
